If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us
within 30 calendar days
of your receipt of the item(s) and we will process your return.
Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. There is also a 25% restocking fee but we do not charge that to the customer. We waive that fee for the customer.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Please note that damages and defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
