After an order is placed, it can take 2-14 business days to process and leave the warehouse. Once your order ships, we will notify you with the tracking information as well as the estimated delivery date and time via email. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
For your convenience, expedited delivery is available for an additional charge.
Shipping internationallyWe can ship items internationally. Freight quotes will be done on a per order basis. Once we receive your order, we will determine the freight charges and notify you promptly. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a freight quote before placing the order. All freight & duty charges on international orders is the responsibility of the customer. You can also have us ship to a freight forwarder of your choosing.
We generally ship all lighter smaller items via UPS, FedEx USPS. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available for many items that we sell. We do not require a signature at the time of delivery. However, the decision to leave a package without a signature is at the discretion of the driver. If you wish to have an item left at your doorstep it is advised you leave a note on the door with instructions to leave the item without signature.
Many of our larger items will ship via truck freight. Please note that freight will require someone to sign for and accept the delivery. The freight company will call to set up a delivery time (usually a 2-4 hour window during normal business hours.) Drivers are not authorized to perform any assembly services or put the items in the room of your choice. Most shipping companies will offer additional services to help move merchandise inside the home. Truck Freight - Back of Truck
This is the most basic level of shipping service. The customer will be responsible for removing the items off the rear of the truck. If you ordered a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need additional people to help you unload and carry the item. Additional services are available. You may either contact the shipping company direct once we have sent tracking information or by contacting us prior to shipment at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 216.245-2909 Drivers are not authorized to perform any assembly services or put the items in the room of your choice.
