Returns and Cancellations
Cancellation PolicyIf we are able to cancel your order before it is processed by our warehouses (normally within 24 hours from the time you ordered - however for some in stock products, the order is processed right away), there is no charge for the cancellation.
Therefore, if you need to make any changes to your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible at 216-245-2909 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the order has been shipped out from our warehouse, please see our return policy.
Please note once your order has been officially canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation via email. Once you receive the cancellation confirmation email, please save it for your records as proof that your order has been canceled.
ReturnsBe sure to unpack and inspect your order immediately after you receive the shipment. All returns must be returned in the original packaging.
If an item that is damaged in shipment or is defective will be replaced free of charge if we are notified within 10 days of delivery. The damaged item will be picked up, at our discretion, and will be replaced.
1. Return the item and receive a store credit worth the purchase price minus the return shipping charges, 15% restocking fee and $15.00 Handling fee which will be deducted from your store credit.This credit is valid for one (1) year from the date of the return, and it can be used toward any purchase on www.essentialsinside.com as well toward ordering items from our suppliers that are not listed on the website.
2. Return the item and receive a refund to your credit card or PayPal. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping, 15% restocking fee and $15.00 Handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Custom orders or clearance items cannot be returned.
Please Contact Us within 30 calendar days
of your receipt of the item(s) and we will process your store credit or return.
If you choose to return item (s) we will send you return instructions with a RMA# that needs to be included on the return label. All returns must be returned in the original packaging.
The refund or store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected to determine that it is still in excellent, resellable condition. Items that have been installed are not considered returnable.
